Collabera engineering studios is a practice-based community model designed to help our engineers become masters of their craft. Led by experts, these studios enable interconnectivity among teams globally to share best practices on a collaborative platform. It facilitates peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, coaching, and intense hands-on learning through boot camps. It also provides specialization and long-term professional development through mentorship, learning platforms, training, and certifications.
We operate out of our global engineering studios, where we work on cutting-edge prototypes and solutions. We use a robust collaboration platform that enables a global team to connect, share knowledge and grow in their career.
Members come together to form project teams or PODs and we help them drive innovation through hackathons, crowdsourcing, ideathons, opensource, pet projects, thought leadership, R&D, and IP development.
