• strong analytic skills and experience with data transformation, to help support and further develop the order flow management and reporting & analytics capability.
• ability to interpret business requirements and identify how to best gain real insight from data.
• preparing data visualization automation using scripting
What You will do in addition:
• You will support the sales team with ad hoc reporting requests / needed transparency to drive towards our common success.
• You will also focus on supporting our journey to a optimized frame contract execution to drive simplicity & efficiency in our set up processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data transformation & analysis
• Experience in OCR software for Adobe PDF
• Experience with data base set-up and scripting & automation
(eg. Access/SQL/VBA/Python etc.)
• Ability to build clear and clean data visualizations
• Knowledge of internal Sales data systems and processes (e.g. CCW ,SFDC, CR,….)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik
• Strong communication skills , experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and presenting results
