Job Description
Candidate should have knowledge on Financial Applications
1. Understanding on Cards, Processing and Issuing Processes
2. Understanding of terminology like Acquirer, Issuer and transactional terminology
3. Worked in Monitoring and Support organization in L0 or L1 useful
Monitoring:
(At-least a basic understanding of helpdesks/ServiceDesk’s) and/or the below)
1. Candidate should have knowledge on Transaction Monitoring through APM’s (Application Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace/ App-dynamics etc)
2. Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence.
3. Candidate should have an understanding on Alert Monitoring, Triaging and Escalation Processes
