Key Skills: 

  • Experience working in Technical Support
  • Proven? analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and escalate customer issues as required
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • 5+ years of experience developing C# & SQL Server web-based software using .Net Framework and .Net Core.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL Server integration services – SSIS
