Experience / Qualification:
Responsibilities:
- Telephone support for our business customers
- Advice on travel products such as flights, trains, rental cars, hotels
- Assistance to travelers during unexpected travel difficulties, e.g. Flight delays, storms, etc.
- After-sales support for customer inquiries, e.g. cancellation, complaints, rebooking
Qualifications:
- Communicative knowledge of English and German
- Customer-oriented communication and advice as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a customer advisor (in any industry)
